Use of the winngo Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout membership:
winngo reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accepted identity documents include government-issued photo ID (MyKad for Malaysian nationals, passport for foreign nationals). Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension pending review.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether identified by name, address, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — constitute a breach of these Terms. All such accounts will be closed and any accumulated balances may be voided.
Members must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and must promptly update their Account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate Account closure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. winngo will never request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility. If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify winngo support immediately via the contact details in the footer of this page.
winngo Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All displayed odds, balances, deposit amounts, and withdrawals are presented in MYR unless otherwise stated.
winngo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability and applicable limits: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB, Public Bank, Visa, Mastercard, instant bank transfer, and cryptocurrency wallets as listed in the Platform cashier.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the Platform cashier at time of request. winngo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking cut-off times, or public holidays. All withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible (source-of-funds requirement).
winngo does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in the Member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.
All bets are subject to acceptance by winngo. Odds displayed on the Platform are indicative and may change between the time a bet is placed and the time it is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation constitute the agreed price.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body. For football markets including the Malaysia Super League and English Premier League, the result at the end of normal time (90 minutes plus referee-added injury time) is used for settlement unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including: event cancellation or postponement beyond 48 hours; obvious pricing errors; incomplete fixtures (e.g. abandonment before reaching the minimum valid playtime threshold). Voided bets are returned to the Member's Wallet at the staked amount.
In-play bets are subject to momentary suspension during critical match events (goals, red cards, penalty decisions). Bets placed during a deliberate market suspension are void. winngo is not liable for internet latency or connection issues that affect the timing of in-play bet placement.
Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply per sport and per market type. Current limits are published in the Platform sportsbook rules section.
All casino games and slot titles available on the winngo Platform — including all live dealer games in winngo Casino — are supplied by licensed third-party game providers. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published by the respective providers and are independently audited. The house edge for live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) is inherent in the standard game mathematics and is disclosed in the individual game rules.
winngo does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game title. Games may be temporarily or permanently removed from the lobby at the discretion of the provider or winngo.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winngo Platform. Breach of any of these provisions will result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of bets and/or balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
winngo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification; suspicious account activity; receipt of a chargeback; detection of prohibited conduct; or receipt of a self-exclusion request. Upon closure, net withdrawable balance (after deduction of any Bonus Funds and pending verifications) will be returned to the Member via the most recent verified payment method.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winngo's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made to the Member's Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. winngo is not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of profits or anticipated winnings; damages arising from third-party service disruption (including payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications networks); or losses arising from a Member's failure to comply with these Terms.
The Platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While winngo takes reasonable steps to ensure uptime and data integrity, we do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities.
winngo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Member data is used for account management, identity verification, responsible gaming compliance, fraud prevention, and where you have opted in, direct marketing.
winngo reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members by email or prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which winngo holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through winngo customer support shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable gaming authority's dispute resolution framework. All complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 14 days where possible.
